....... D-Popper's Open Society: Utopia or chance postdemocratica?
R-(Giulio Prisco) "If Popper's open society is a 'utopia, is a beautiful utopia that we seek to achieve. Who said that utopias are unattainable? On democracy, I recognize myself in two statements that are becoming commonplace, but they are no less real. Democracy is the worst of all forms of government ... except all the others. And, democracy is two wolves and a lamb deciding, with a majority vote, what to eat for dinner. As Winston Churchill, I do not see right now a credible alternative to democracy. But I also think that democracy has a strong tendency to become a dictatorship of the majority that often, citing "ethical" or "moral" without any practical basis, for the oppressed minorities sake of oppression.
is the practice to demonstrate that a company does not operate without rules and laws, and it is right that these rules and laws are decided, a certain way and to some extent, by the majority. The limitations of personal autonomy are acceptable - but nothing more. Be viewed as a necessary evil, and are acceptable only if, when and to the extent that the 'exercise of' individual autonomy by some can prevent others from exercising that right. This we are saying for centuries, but we still managed to put it into practice at the political level. An open society must be based on a sound principle of live and let live and do not forget that if there are no victims, there are no crimes. So, we try to base the company el 'economy increasingly on rules right, but let alone the citizens in the private sphere. "
